  2. • Prepare your mind with two optional MP3 exercises designed to enhance your receptivity (visual, auditory, and    sensory awareness) for a deeper experience.
  3. • Schedule a 2-hour session, allowing a little extra time so the process can unfold comfortably and without pressure.

  • Your anamnesis information (history of illnesses, medications, etc.) will allow us to determine whether this method is suitable for your needs.
